Will Take Photo ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of participants in the Will Take Photo Engagement Session Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). We do not collect any additional personal information beyond what is necessary to administer the Giveaway.

- To select a winner through a random draw, as outlined in the Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

- For winners, we will retain your information for up to 60 days after the photo shoot to ensure the prize (15 edited images) is delivered and any scheduling or delivery issues are resolved.

 

- After these periods, we will securely delete your personal information from our records, unless required to retain it by law.
